I highly recommend purchasing a external hard drive. The photos take up a lot of storage (especially if you edit them with Adobe). I purchased one at Best Buy that is a TB for around $50.
Choose a good time of day to take photos. I am that person that will get up at 4:30a.m. to catch the sunrise. In fact, this past winter we woke up at 3:30a.m. to drive to Hawksbill Crag (where we hiked 2 miles) so that we could catch the sunrise.
